Part of 3D animation in VR themed on Imam Hussein’s (AS) brother, Abolfazl al-Abbas (AS), has been unveiled.
The unveiled animated film shows the moment when Imam Hussein’s (AS) companion and commander in Karbala Battle was martyred.
According to a local media report quoting head of Saraj Cyber Space, the piece is part of an eight-minute animation on which his organization has been working for a year.
The animation is intended to be viewed with virtual reality glasses, Mansour Amini adds.
The uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions against the oppressive Umayyad dynasty took place in the Islamic lunar month of Muharram.
Muharram is the period of mourning and commemoration marking the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam and the grandson of Prophet Muhammad [PBUH].
